KPT overwhelm Friends CC in Vital Five tourney
KARACHI: Karachi Port Trust (KPT) whipped Friends Cricket Club by 59 runs in their Group C tie of the 1st Vital Five T-20 Ramazan Festival Cricket Tournament 2011 for the State Life Trophy here at the Vital Five Academy Cricket Ground on Wednesday.
Batting first, KPT totaled 165 for the loss of five wickets in 20 overs with number three Faraz Patel scoring 54 . Friends CC did not recover after losing early wickets were all out for 106 in 15.2 overs.
