Shahid Afridi returns home to be with ailing father

KARACHI: Shahibzada Fazalur Rehman, father of former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi, has been admitted to a local hospital in critical condition on Monday. Afridi’s father was experiencing health problems and when his situation worsened he was immediately admitted to the hospital. 

Shahid Afridi who is currently playing country cricket for Hampshire in England has decided to skip the remaining matches of his team and was scheduled to land in Karachi via Abu Dubai in the early hours of Tuesday (today) to be by his father’s side.
