Dunk, McDermott and Gannon keep Bulls undefeated

Queensland 7 for 233 (Dunk 115*, Marsh 4-40) beat Western Australia 229 (North 55, McDermott 5-64, Gannon 4-36) by 3 wickets
Alister McDermott and Cameron Gannon shared nine wickets to restrict Western Australia to 229 before Ben Dunk's century took Queensland home in the domestic limited overs match at the WACA ground.
Queensland's win keeps the Bulls unbeaten after three games in both the Sheffield Shield and one day competitions, a handsome start for their new coach Darren Lehmann.
The Warriors lost regular wickets throughout their innings to register only a mediocre total, but fought hard to defend the target via the swing of Mitchell Marsh the the spin of the captain Marcus North, who had earlier made a half-century.
Promoted to open, Dunk showed a wide array of strokes and plenty of composure to reach a first century for Queensland, having usurped Chris Hartley as the Bulls' limited overs wicketkeeper at the start of the season.
Gannon and McDermott earlier bowled sharply against the WA bats, McDermott bowling Marsh between bat and pad and later getting Nathan Rimmington with an outstanding return catch.
Marsh did his best to reply in kind with the ball, utilising a full length to swing the ball almost throughout the innings, as he had done in the recent Sheffield Shield match between the two teams.
