Wasim Akram, Muthiah Muralitharan participate in charity dinner

ISLAMABAD: Two former cricket players Wasim Akram and Muthiah Muralitharan participated in a charity dinner in London, arranged by Britain’s charity organisation Islamic Relief to help flood affectees of Pakistan.
According to a private news channel, Wasim Akram was the chief guest on the occasion.
Sri Lanka’s Muthiah Muralitharan, England Test cricketer Mark Ramparkash, Pakistan cricketers Azhar Mahmood, Wahab Riaz, Saeed Ajmal and Pakistan’s High Commissioner in London Wajid Shamsul Hassan also attended the charity dinner.
Speaking on the occasion, Wasim said that every person should play his role for the rehabilitation of flood affectees. The former Pakistan captain also offered his services for coaching Pakistan team.
